A:If you have motor pictures or drawings to show us, or you have detailed specs like voltage, speed, torque, motor size, working mode of the motor, needed lifetime and noise level etc, please do not hesitate to let us know, then we can recommend suitable motor per your request accordingly.
Q: Do you have a customized service for your standard motors?
A: Yes, we can customize per your request for the voltage, speed, torque and shaft size/shape. If you need additional wires/cables soldered on the terminal or need to add connectors, or capacitors or EMC we can make it too.
Q: Do you have an individual design service for motors?
A: Yes, we would like to design motors individually for our customers, but it may need some mold developing cost and design charge.
Q: What’s your lead time?
A: Generally speaking, our regular standard product will need 15-30days, a bit longer for customized products. But we are very flexible on the lead time, it will depend on the specific orders.
Please contact us if you have detailed requests, thank you !

Variations in Tiller Gearbox Designs for Different Tiller Sizes and Power Requirements
Tiller gearbox designs can vary to accommodate different tiller sizes and power requirements, ensuring optimal performance and compatibility:
- Small-Scale Tillers: Tiller gearboxes for small-scale tillers are compact and lightweight, suitable for residential gardens and light-duty tasks. They often have lower power requirements and simpler designs.
- Mid-Sized Tillers: Mid-sized tiller gearboxes are designed for larger gardens and moderate cultivation needs. They have more robust components and higher power ratings to handle heavier workloads.
- Large Commercial Tillers: Commercial-grade tiller gearboxes are built to withstand frequent and intensive use. They feature heavy-duty materials, reinforced components, and higher torque capabilities to tackle large areas and tough soil conditions.
- Adjustable Gear Ratios: Some tiller gearbox designs offer adjustable gear ratios, allowing operators to customize the tiller’s speed and power output to match the specific requirements of the task and soil type.
- Multiple Attachment Points: Gearboxes for multi-functional tillers may have multiple attachment points to accommodate various implements, such as plows, cultivators, and furrowers.
Manufacturers offer a range of tiller gearbox options, ensuring that there is a suitable design for different tiller sizes, power sources, and cultivation demands.
Real-world Examples of Garden Tillers Using Gearbox Technology
Several garden tillers incorporate gearbox technology to enhance their performance and efficiency:
1. Troy-Bilt Bronco Axis Tiller: This garden tiller features a powerful gearbox that efficiently transfers power from the engine to the tines. It offers both forward and reverse gear options, making it easy to maneuver and work in tight spaces.
2. Husqvarna FT900 Front Tine Tiller: This front-tine tiller utilizes a gearbox to optimize power distribution to the tines. It offers adjustable depth and width settings, allowing users to customize their tilling tasks while conserving energy.
3. Mantis 4-Cycle Tiller Cultivator: The Mantis tiller cultivator employs a specially designed gearbox that delivers the right amount of torque for effective soil cultivation. Its compact size and gearbox technology make it suitable for small-scale gardening and landscaping projects.
4. Earthquake Victory 29702 Tiller Cultivator: This versatile tiller cultivator utilizes a gearbox to ensure efficient power transmission to its tines. It offers adjustable tilling widths and depths, allowing users to adapt to different soil conditions while optimizing energy use.
5. Honda FG110 Mini-Tiller: The Honda FG110 mini-tiller features a gearbox that provides high torque at low speeds, making it ideal for breaking through tough soil. Its gearbox design enhances its ability to work effectively while minimizing energy consumption.
These real-world examples highlight the application of gearbox technology in garden tillers, demonstrating how it contributes to efficient soil cultivation, easy maneuverability, and customizable tilling operations.
Different Types of Tiller Gearboxes Catering to Specific Gardening Needs
Various types of tiller gearboxes are designed to address specific gardening needs and preferences, offering versatility and efficiency in different applications:
- Standard Rotating Tines: These tiller gearboxes are commonly found in traditional garden tillers. They feature rotating tines that dig into the soil as the gearbox transfers power from the engine. They are suitable for general soil preparation and cultivating smaller garden areas.
- Counter-Rotating Tines: In this type, the tines rotate in the opposite direction to the wheels of the tiller. Counter-rotating tines provide improved stability and control, making them well-suited for tougher soil conditions and larger areas.
- Front Tine Tiller Gearbox: This type of gearbox is positioned at the front of the tiller, allowing the front-mounted tines to dig into the soil. Front tine tillers are more maneuverable and suitable for smaller gardens or flower beds.
- Rear Tine Tiller Gearbox: Positioned at the rear, these gearboxes drive the tines that are located behind the wheels. Rear tine tillers provide greater digging depth and are effective in breaking up compacted soil or preparing larger garden areas.
- Vertical Tine Tiller Gearbox: Vertical tine tillers have vertically oriented tines that work well for deep soil penetration and aeration. They are ideal for breaking up hard soil and improving soil structure.
- Compact and Mini Tiller Gearbox: These smaller gearboxes are used in compact and mini tillers designed for lightweight gardening tasks, such as cultivating flower beds and tight spaces.
By offering a range of gearbox types, each catering to specific gardening needs, gardeners and landscapers can choose the right tiller gearbox configuration that suits their soil type, garden size, and intended tasks.
